Kip A. Hoover

Kip A. Hoover has been a trusted financial advisor since February 2000, helping individuals and families plan for their financial futures with clarity and confidence. In 2015, he founded Otium Financial Planners, Inc., with a vision to provide transparent, financial planning that empowers clients to make informed decisions and achieve lasting peace of mind.

Kip and his wife, Katie, enjoy traveling, golfing, and spending time with friends—especially during their winters in Florida. The Hoovers also share their home with two beloved cats, who are very much part of the family.

During the winter months, Kip serves his Ohio clients through phone calls, email, and video conferences while meeting with his Florida clients face-to-face. In the summer, this schedule reverses—allowing him to connect in person with Ohio clients and continue supporting Florida clients remotely.

Faith plays an important role in Kip’s life. He attends Lifeline Church in Madison, Ohio during the summer and Okeechobee First Baptist Church in Florida during the winter.
